Policy & Procedure for Resale Packages and Disclosure Documents

The cost for a Resale Package/Disclosure Documents varies depending on the property ($100 to $325).  Payments must be made and received prior to any work beginning on Resale packages or Disclosure Documents.

Resale/Disclosure Certificates are only valid for 30 days from the date on the certificate. If a Resale/Disclosure certificate expires, a revised certificate can be purchased at an additional cost of $75.

ALL REQUEST FOR RESALE PACKAGES, DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS AND QUESTIONNAIRES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT OUR OFFICES.  ALL REQUEST MUST BE PROCESSED VIA ASSOCIATION READY.  PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST TO OUR OFFICES, IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR REQUEST.

Attention Lenders – Please note, if you require additional support for obtaining an FHA approval status for a unit/lot that call for documentation above and beyond the legally required resale/disclosure package, a fee of $750 via certified funds will be required before support is provided.  This fee is in addition to the standard resale/disclosure fee.
